Participants will engage in interactive training sessions, tackle real-world challenges through group projects, and gain the skills and confidence needed to lead with integrity, inspire change, and influence policy. More than just skill-building, this program connects emerging leaders with a forward-thinking community committed to shaping the future of C.A.R. and the real estate profession.
